DESCRIPTION:What to expect:\nPraising God\nWe begin our worship singing praises to God. And one thing you may notice is that we sing acapella. Our conviction is to worship according to the New Testament pattern (1 Corinthians 14:15; Ephesians 5:19; Colossians 3:16; Hebrews 2:12).  But we think you will find the singing very uplifting and meaningful\, with everyone invited to participate. \nPraying\nWe will have prayers of praise\, thanksgiving and intercession during our worship time together. \nTeaching\nOur minister will spend time preaching from scripture.  It helps us to understand God’s word and apply His teachings to our everyday life.  The sermon will likely be about 30 minutes long. We think you will find it refreshingly Bible-centered. \nCommunion / The Lord’s Supper\nWe celebrate The Lord’s Supper every Sunday.  It is a time when we remember Christ’s life\, sacrificial death for our sins\, and resurrection. All believers are invited to join us.  We pass a plate of unleavened bread and pass a tray of fruit of the vine. As you eat\, remember Christ’s life and sacrifice. Likewise\, as you drink\, remembering Christ’s blood shed on the cross. 1 Cor 11:23-32 \nThe Lord’s Supper we observe in accordance with the New Testament Scriptures\, which is the First-Century Church standard: \n\nThe Lord’s Supper was instituted by Jesus and commanded by Him to be observed by His followers (Matt 26:26-28; Lk 22; 19-20).\nThe apostles did as Jesus commanded; they instructed Christians to do same (Act 2:42; I Cor 11:23-26).\nThe Lord’s Supper is observed on the first day of the week (Sunday)\, every first day of the week (Acts 20:7).\nTwo items are used in the Lord’s Supper. They are the Unleavened Bread -Bread without Yeast (Matt 26: 17; Mk 14:12) and the Fruit of the Vine – Juice from Grape Vine (Mk 14:24-25).\n\nGiving\nAs our guest\, do not feel obligated to give an offering.  This part of the service is for those of us who have committed to give back to God as we have prospered a financial offering so that we can participate in God’s work. (1 Cor 16:1-2)

DESCRIPTION:Sunday Morning Adult Bible Study: \nWe have classes for adults on Sunday mornings at 10:00 am. \nTopics vary throughout the year. Typically our classes study through a book of the Bible together\, in an Expository study while others are topical Bible studies. Our Minister does a fantastic job studying and sharing from the original Greek. So that we might be able to understand differences in the different English translations. Giving us a better understanding of the context of scripture\, and what was going on around the author in the first century when the scripture was written.
